General Maintenance

Keeping your heating and air conditioning systems in good working order and repair, will decrease your utility costs, the need for additional heating and cooling services and will increase the life of your equipment.

System Checks
*  Put a note on your calendar to check the air filters every month, change them as needed. Filters may not need replacing every month but a quick check only takes a few seconds. Operating your system with dirty filters hinders system efficiency, wasting your hard earned dollars and can even cause system damage.
* Check your furnace blower compartment, blower wheel and coils. Vacuum them if dusty or dirty. You should also lubricate fan and motor bearings.

Maintenance Scheduling
Schedule a maintenance service call before the heating or cooling season starts. Keep your heating and air conditioning systems operating at peak efficiency.   Don't let a problem go undetected, wasting your energy dollars all season long!
